The name "imaginaut" coined by myself years ago describes an explorer in imagination. An astronaut or cosmonaut explores space, while imaginaut explores the imagination.

My name is Chris Stuart. Designing work for print, internet, video and flash animation for over 20 years. Learning how to develop my skills from high school, through college, business school, 3 years in the Army, and then the "real world" of corporate design. Worked for MCI, MCI WorldCom, Verizon collectively for over 14 years before departing to become an independent designer over 4 years ago. Fortunately the years of experiences have been filled with opportunities to learn a wide array of software, art techniques and organizational skills. Also have been able to learn about and expand my own capabilities.

A good day is when a project teaches me something new, refreshes a skill, or turns into something more than I expected.
